💡 What: Implemented route-based code splitting using React.lazy and Suspense.
🎯 Why: To reduce the initial JavaScript bundle size, speeding up the first paint and improving the user experience on slower connections.
📊 Impact: The application now loads only the necessary code for the current route. Build output confirms the creation of multiple smaller chunks instead of a single large bundle.
🔬 Measurement: Verify by running npm run build to see the generated chunks, and by checking the Network tab in dev tools to see chunks loading on navigation. A new LoadingSpinner component was added as a fallback.
